For example, in SQL the character strings XYZ and XYZ (note the trailing blank in the second of these) are considered to be equal if PAD SPACE applies to the pertinent collation ; similarly, the character strings XYZ and xyz are considered to be equal if the pertinent collation is case-insensitive In other words, SQL actually enshrines certain confusions over the notion of logical difference in its very definition! The bin-debug/generated package holds all files that get created by the MXMLC compiler and are normally invisible to you. To see them, select the project, then right-click and select Properties. Under Flex Compiler in Additional Compiler Arguments, add the following option: -keep-generated-actionscript or keep-generated-actionscript=true.

Blender treats text much like any other shaped object. You can begin adding text to your model by selecting Add Text from the spacebar menu. The default word Text appears somewhere below the grid floor of the 3D scene (see Figure 6-38). To change this word into something more relevant, make sure it s selected, and then switch into Edit mode by pressing the Tab key. A gray cursor appears at the end of the word, which you can move with the Backspace key to delete the default letters. You can then type a new word the usual way, and switch back to Object mode to move, scale, or rotate it into the desired position.

But the opposite phenomenon can occur, too; that is, we can find ourselves in a situation in which we re told, in effect, that there s a logical difference between two concepts, and it turns out later that the concepts are in fact one and the same (or at least overlap considerably, and usually unpleasantly) In other words: Problems occur over logical difference when somebody fails to recognize that two concepts are in fact distinct Problems occur over logical sameness when somebody fails to recognize that two allegedly distinct concepts are in fact the same, or at least have a great deal in common Before going any further, I must make it clear that the phenomenon of logical sameness is sometimes unavoidable, especially when we re trying to build a bridge between disciplines that have been constructed on different foundations.
